Gastronomy is everything that has to do with food and the study of it. What's behind, like the preparation, its culture, the style of it, the products that it uses, how the food taste like, among other stuff. Just as each country has a different culture, they also have a different way of preparing their food, that's where different types of food come from, such as american, italian, portuguese, mexican, french, japanese, between many mor, there's also many type of food like street food, fast food, ect.

Street food is called what people sell outside of a store. What they sell is eaten with their hands, sometimes they put in a napkin. This kind of food can be found in stalls, made by the owners themselves, this food is usually cheaper than food from supermarkets or restaurants. In the different kinds of street food that we can find out there, we have empanadas, crackling, yaroa, mofongo, and others. But sometimes you gotta be careful with the higiene of this kinds of food, because you may get sick if you don't know what they have put on them.

Fast food, as the name says, is the kind of food that's prepared or served quickly. As we know, we can get this types of food on food trucks, drive-thrus, deliverys, etc. Fast food is really famous because is convenient, inexpensive and tastes good. The big question is, is fast food bad for you? Well, there no such thing as "bad" food. But, you shouldn't consume it everyday. For a better should put vegetables, not to much sauce, don't add more salt to the meal, and others facts.

Th most famous fast foods know are: Hamburgers, fries, pizza, onion rings, club sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, tacos, biscuits, apple pie, hash browns, quesadillas, cheese curds, and mozarrella sticks. Some of the most popular fast food restaurant are McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut, Popeyes, Arby's, Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, Five Guys, Papa John's, and Chick-fil-A. These are the most visited places in USA at the moment.

Finally, we are going to talk about food trucks, they are a large vehicles conditioned to produce and sell street food, and in some, such as ice cream trucks, frozen or precooked foods are prepared; others have kitchens on board that allow you to make any dish from scratch. As a general rule, a food truck is associated with different types of fast food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos or churros. However, as of 2009 some chefs from California, changed the concept to traveling restaurants with more elaborate dishes, spreading their location on social networks.
